§ 91.49  PAYMENT OF LICENSE TAX SUBSEQUENT TO SUMMONS.
   Payment of the license tax subsequent to a summons to appear before the Judge of the County Court or other court for failure to do so within the time required by this subchapter shall operate to relieve such owner from the penalties provided for violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
