In accordance with VA Code §§ 29-184.2 and 15-8, as amended, there is hereby created the position of Dog Warden and provisions made for the licensing and regulation of dogs in this county. The duties of the Dog Warden shall be those provided for in VA Code §§ 29-184.2; 29-184.3 and 29-184.4, as amended, and such other duties as may be provided for by the Board of Supervisors from time to time.
