Be it further ordained that the Trial Justice, the County Sheriff, the County Game Warden and the County Health Officer be furnished with certified copies of this subchapter, and that complaints for the offenses hereinabove set forth shall be prosecuted under the terms of this subchapter, and that all fines imposed under this subchapter shall be collected and paid to the credit of county General Fund of this county.
