§ 91.29  RABID ANIMAL KILLED; SUSPICION OR KNOWLEDGE OF RABID ANIMAL.
   Any person killing an animal that is rabid, or suspected of being rabid, any person having knowledge of an animal that has died of rabies, or is suspected of having died of rabies, shall immediately notify the County Game Warden of the location of the body of such animal.  The head of any animal killed because it was rabid, or suspected of being rabid, or which died of rabies, or which is suspected of having died of rabies, shall be surrendered to any person charges with the enforcement of this subchapter.
