§ 91.25  RUNNING AT LARGE UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful to permit the running at large within the boundaries of the county of any dog, from May 1 to July 31 of each year, and all persons owning, having control of or harboring any dog or dogs within the county, shall be, and are hereby required to keep the same confined to their premises.  For the purpose of this subchapter, the words CONFINED TO THEIR PREMISES shall be construed to mean that such dog or dogs must be kept on the owner's or custodian's premises, or the premises of another person with his or her consent, unless in the custody of a responsible person.  For the purpose of this subchapter, the word OWNER shall include any person having a right of property in a dog, or has it in his or her care, or who acts as its custodian, and any person who permits a dog to remain on or about any premises occupied by him or her.
