§ 91.03  DOG LICENSES.
   No dog license shall be issued by the Treasurer or his or her agent for any dog unless there is presented to the Treasurer, or his or her agent, at the time application for such license is made, a current and valid certificate of rabies vaccination which includes all the information specified in § 91.01.
