(A) The operation of golf carts on the streets and highways in the Settler’s Landing Subdivision area of the county designated more fully described as follows is hereby authorized, from the beginning to the end of the following roads of the county: Settler’s Landing Road; and Waterside Drive.
(B) The operation of golf carts from the beginning to the end of Rose Hill Drive and Poplar Court in the county is hereby authorized.
