§ 50.04  ADMINISTRATION.
   (A)   Responsibility agency. Board of Supervisors or person assigned by it and other applicable state and federal agencies.
   (B)   Functions.
      (1)   To implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter; and
      (2)   Authorized to promulgate procedures, rules, and regulations.
