§ 154.080  SHORELINE PROTECTION AND WATERFRONT FACILITIES.
   Shoreline subdivisions shall be provided with shoreline protection and waterfront facilities in accordance with the provisions of §§ 154.050 through 154.062. A continuing maintenance plan shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of §§ 154.050 through 154.062.
