§ 154.079  EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.
   All subdivision plans shall include adequate provision for control of temporary flooding or erosion and sediment control, both during construction and after completion of construction in accord with applicable laws and ordinances and the requirements of §§ 154.050 through 154.062.
