(A) The Board of Supervisors hereby authorizes the formation of a joint entity called EASRRB to include Northumberland County, Virginia as a member thereof and the intergovernmental agreement is hereby modified to add Northumberland County, Virginia as a member in EASRRB.
(B) The Chair of the Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the intergovernmental agreement adding Northumberland County, Virginia as a member of EASRRB under the same terms and conditions as provided in that agreement.
