   (A)   This chapter was duly considered on June 12, 2008, and was adopted by a unanimous vote of the Board of Supervisors at its regular meeting held on June 12, 2008.
   (B)   This chapter was/is effective on and after 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 2008.
