Pursuant to the authorities contained in VA Code Title 24.2, Chapter 3, representation to the Board of Supervisors shall be by the election districts which are hereby created and established as set forth in this subchapter. Further, pursuant to authorities contained in VA Code Title 24.2, Chapter 3, polling places for the respective election districts in Richmond County are established as set forth in this subchapter.
