§ 151.23  INTERPRETATION OF DISTRICT BOUNDARIES.
   Initial interpretation of the boundaries of the Floodplain District shall be made by the designated enforcement officer.  Should a dispute arise concerning the boundaries of the District, the Board of Zoning Appeals shall make the necessary determination. The person questioning or contesting the location of the District boundary shall be given reasonable opportunity to present his or her case to the Board and to submit his or her own technical evidence if he or she so desires.
