§ 112.25 GOVERNING LAW.

This chapter and any franchise awarded pursuant to it shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, both as to interpretation and performance. The venue for any litigation related to this chapter or any franchise shall be in the court of competent jurisdiction in Madison County, Kentucky.
