The city has already adopted legislation and regulations pertaining to, and including but not limited to, permitting, construction, street projects, and other related activities by grantees, grantees, and others in its rights-of-way. Therefore, the terms and provisions of the city’s existing ordinances and regulations, (the “ordinances”), and as they may be amended in the future, are incorporated herein by reference, and shall apply as if fully set forth herein.
