The responsibilities of this Department shall be to provide for the proper maintenance of all city maps and records pertaining to the enforcement of building, electrical and other related codes. To provide building and housing inspections as provided for by city ordinances. To enforce the city's subdivision regulations and zoning regulations as adopted by the City Commission and to recommend changes thereto. This Department is also responsible for the efficient operation of the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Adjustments.
