§ 150.106 CERTIFICATES OF OCCUPANCY.
   (A)   Certificate of occupancy for new residential structures shall be issued by the Director of Codes in accordance with the standards set forth in Kentucky Building Code, previously adopted by reference by the city.
   (B)   Certificates of occupancy for unoccupied existing residential structures shall be issued by the Director of Codes in accordance with the most recent edition of the 2021 International Property Maintenance Code.
   (C)   The Director of Codes upon issuance of the certificate of occupancy shall provide a copy of same to the Richmond Utility Company so that it can then provide service to the owner or lessee.
