§ 150.078 VALUATION TO BE SUBSTANTIATED TO CODES ENFORCEMENT OFFICER; CONTENTS.
   If, in the opinion of the codes enforcement officer, the valuation on any application for any permit appears to be understated, the permit shall be denied unless the applicant can show detailed estimated cost to meet the approval of the codes enforcement officer. Any final denial by the codes enforcement officer may be appealed to the City Commission. Permit valuations shall include all inherent cost such as plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, and all other systems, but shall not include the cost or value of land.
