§ 130.30 POSTING ADVERTISEMENTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to post, tack, nail or otherwise attach any sale bill, sign, card, notice or advertisement or other things to any building, telegraph or telephone pole, electric light or gas post, tree or fence, within the limits of the city, without the consent of the owner.
