It shall be unlawful for any person having no lawful business thereat, to lounge about the doors or immediate vicinity of the churches, halls or the grounds or buildings of any female school or other schools of the city, or to trespass in any manner upon the churches, public halls or buildings or grounds aforesaid, or by any means to annoy or interfere with the exercise or discipline of such churches, halls or schools.
