§ 130.02 IMPEDING FLOW OF WATER.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dam up or otherwise impede the free flow of water in any stream within this city, or to dam up or otherwise impede the free flow of water in any street drainage ditch, storm water sewer or other storm water drainage in this city.
