The vehicle storage/display lot must:
(A) Comprise at least 2,000 square feet;
(B) Have an impermeable, dust-free surface covering consisting of either asphalt or concrete;
(C) Must be set up in such a manner that it may not be used for any other purpose other than display or storage of vehicles for sale or dealer customer parking; and
(D) Comply with the city’s development regulations as established.
