The place of business from which the sale of automobiles is to be conducted within the city must have an office in a permanent, enclosed, commercial (not residential) structure on or adjoining the storage/display lot. The office must have at least 100 square feet of floor space, electricity and a business telephone. The office must be set up in such a way that it is not used for any other purpose other than the sale of vehicles.
