(A) Violators of any part of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of $50 to $100. Each day of violation is considered a separate offense.
(B) Continued violation by any taxicab company will provide grounds for the city to request that the Department of Transportation withdraw the offender's operating certificate.
