§ 114.04 PERMITS.
   (A)   Generally. Permits are required of all farmers marketing produce at the Farmer's Market. Those permits will be issued by the Director of Finance.
   (B)   Class A permits. All Madison County farmers are entitled to purchase a Class A permit, which will cost $5 per season (May 1 through November 1).
   (C)   Class B permits. Any farmer whose farm is located in a county immediately surrounding or adjoining Madison County will be entitled to purchase a Class B permit which will cost $10 per season (May 1 through November 1).
