§ 114.03 USE.
   (A)   Use of the Farmer's Market shall be open to the public.
   (B)   Spaces in the Farmer's Market will be allotted on a first come, first served bases, with priority given to holders of Class A permits.
   (C)   Sales of produce within the corporate limits of the city will be limited to designated Farmer's Market Days which will be established by the Board of Commissioners.
   (D)   At no time shall anyone be permitted to stand for the purpose of selling produce, a vehicle on any public right-of-way with in the corporate limits of the city other than at the officially designated Farmer's Market, for longer than is reasonably necessary.
   (E)   The use of the Farmer's Market will be restricted to Madison County farmers and farmers from immediately surrounding or adjoining counties.
   (F)   The Farmer's Market shall be open from May 1 of each year until November 1 of each year and from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. until and unless the Board of Commissioners shall change the days and/or hours of operation.
