(A) The identification card required under this chapter shall contain the registrant's photograph, legally correct name, age, hair color, eye color, weight and place of employment.
(B) The city shall require a payment of $20 from each registrant which charge shall be in addition to any occupational license required and shall be applied to cover the cost involved in registration, fingerprinting, photographing and manufacturing issuance of the identification card.
