Any property where methamphetamine has been manufactured and condemned by the codes enforcement official shall be immediately vacated as ordered by the codes enforcement official. Any person who shall occupy property so condemned, and any owner or person responsible for the property or the management thereof who shall permit the occupation of the condemned property, shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500, by imprisonment for a term not to exceed 360 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
