§ 97.01 TREES TO BE TRIMMED.

Property owners shall keep their trees trimmed and growing in such a manner and in such places as will permit the free reflection of the public lights of the city and will insure the city and its citizens the best lighting service. In addition, property owners are to remove all limbs or brush from streets.
