(A) All dirt or rock derived from excavation on city property must be placed on the old city dump located off Four Mile Avenue or on other city property designated by the Board of Commissioners.
(B) At any time it becomes necessary to use said materials (dirt and rock) on other construction projects, the project's engineer must first obtain permission from the City Commission.
(C) Also, at any time it becomes necessary to cut a city street, the cut must be made by the use of a paving breaker or saw.
