§ 96.15 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

Any person must first obtain the written permission of the Director of Streets and pay a $40 fee to the Director of Finance before making an opening in any city street for the installation or repair of water, gas or sewer lines or connections, or for any other purpose.
