(A) The following fee structure shall be in place for Gibson Bay Golf Course.

Weekends - Saturday - Sunday - holidays | $18 |
Season pass: | $400 |
Additional family member (spouse or dependent child) | $150 |
Range membership: | $200 |
Junior membership | $150 |
Junior range membership | $125 |
Junior inclusive membership | $250 |
(B) All other orders and ordinances pertaining to golf fees at Gibson Bay not in conflict with this subchapter shall remain in full force and effect as if set out in full herewith.
(C) The provisions of this subchapter are severable and if any part of the subchapter is found to be invalid, that finding does not necessarily invalidate the entire subchapter.
(D) The fees established by this subchapter shall become effective March 1, 2005.
