§ 93.16 PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed public places within the City of Richmond, Kentucky, including, but not limited to the following places:
   (A)   Elevators.
   (B)   Restrooms, lobbies, reception areas, hallways and any other common use areas.
   (C)   All areas available to and customarily used by the general public in all businesses and non-profit entities patronized by the public.
   (D)   Service lines.
   (E)   Restaurants.
   (F)   Bars.
   (G)   Public areas such as galleries, libraries and museums.
   (H)   Sports arenas and convention halls.
   (I)   Rooms, chambers, places of meeting or public assembly.
   (J)   Waiting rooms, hallways, wards, private and semi-private rooms of health care facilities, including, but not limited to, hospitals, clinics, physical therapy facilities, doctors’ offices, dentists’ offices, and any other health care providers.
   (K)   Auction houses and indoor flea markets.
   (L)   Licensed childcare and adult day care facilities.
   (M)   Lobbies, hallways, and other common areas of hotels and motels.
   (N)   Private clubs when used for a function to which the general public is invited.
