§ 93.03 INTRODUCTION INTO CITY PROHIBITED; NOTICE REQUIRED.
   Any person who shall knowingly introduce or aid in introducing into this city, smallpox, diphtheria, yellow fever, or any other dangerous, contagious or infectious disease, or any physician, keeper of a hotel or boarding house, conductor of a public conveyance, or any other who shall know of any case of smallpox, diphtheria, yellow fever, or other malignant, contagious or infectious disease existing in this city, when such disease has not been prevailing in the city previous thereto, and fail to give notice thereof to the Mayor or Health Department within six hours after acquiring such knowledge, shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.
