§ 93.02 CONTAGIOUS DISEASES; DUTY OF MAYOR AND COMMISSION.
   Upon being notified or learning of the existence of any contagious or infectious disease within the limits of the city, the Mayor shall inquire into the matter and with medical advice take such steps and give such direction as may be immediately necessary to prevent the spread of any such disease, and shall immediately convene the Commission and report what he has done, for their approval or disapproval.
