§ 93.01 INSPECTION OF CERTAIN RETAIL BUSINESSES REQUIRED.
   (A)   All businesses that offer to the general public, at retail, food of any description to be consumed on or off the premises shall be required to first have said premises inspected by the Madison County Health Department and have a certification from the Health Department that said premises meet all requirements and recommendations of said department prior to the issuance of a license by the Department of Revenue for the city to operate said business in the city.
   (B)   All businesses that offer to the general public, at retail, alcoholic beverages of any description to be consumed on the premises shall be required to first have said premises inspected by the Madison County Health Department and have a certification from the Health Department that said premises meet all requirements and recommendations of said department prior to the issuance of a license by the Department of Revenue for the city to operate said business in the corporate limits of the city.
