§ 92.85 ADMINISTERING AGENCY.

The purpose of this subchapter is to establish a uniform city-wide program for protection of the environment from uncontrolled releases of hazardous materials to be administered by existing agencies of local government. The Fire Department, in conjunction with the Board of Commissioners shall be the lead agencies in administering this subchapter.
