§ 92.81 APPLICABILITY.

Pursuant to authority of KRS 67.083 (7), the provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all persons who manufacture, use, store, or transport hazardous materials in quantities prescribed by this subchapter and as defined in § 92.82, within the entire city.
