§ 92.02 INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS GENERALLY.
   The Chief of the Fire Department may inspect or cause to be inspected by the Bureau of Fire Prevention or by the Fire Department officers or members, as often as may be necessary, all buildings, premises and public thoroughfares and the interiors of private dwellings, with the consent of the owner or occupant thereof, for the purpose of ascertaining and causing to be corrected any conditions liable to cause fire, or any violations of the provisions of intent or any ordinances of the city effecting the fire hazard.
