Any person found to be violating any provision of this subchapter or any permit issued hereunder shall be served by the Superintendent or his or her designee with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit not to exceed 60 days for the satisfactory correction thereof. Within 30 days of receipt of said notice, the offender shall furnish to the Superintendent a written report detailing the reason for the violation, the measures to be taken to correct the violation and the time within which the violation will be corrected.
