Any person who knowingly makes any false statements, representation or certification of any application, record, report, plan or other document filed or required to be maintained pursuant to this subchapter, or wastewater contribution permit, or who falsifies, tamper with, or knowingly renders inaccurate any monitoring devise or method required under this subchapter, shall be subject to administrative sanction, including fines and revocation of permit, as set forth in §§ 53.120 et seq.
