§ 53.070 WASTEWATER DISCHARGERS.
   It shall be unlawful to discharge without a city permit to any natural outlet within the city, or in any area under the jurisdiction of the city, and/or the POTW any wastewater except as authorized by the Superintendent in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter.
