(A) All containers, throw away receptacles or bundled materials must be at the curb before 7:00 a.m. on collection day, but in no case shall it be at the curb prior to dusk the night before collection. Items not placed at the curb when the collection truck passes will not be collected until the following scheduled pick up date.
(B) All containers shall be removed from the curb on the same day they are serviced.
