(A) The Richmond Utilities Board is authorized to enter into contracts with customers to transport natural gas purchased by the customers from third parties, transporting said gas from the point where the gas is delivered to the city-owned system to the customer's site.
(B) The schedule of rates to be charged to customers for this transportation service shall be determined in accordance with the tariff sheets on file in the offices of the city.
