§ 50.17 CHAIRMAN; QUORUM; CALL OF SPECIAL MEETINGS.

The Mayor shall be ex officio chairman of the Board, but the Board may designate a member to act as chairman in the absence of the Mayor, with the same powers the Mayor would have if presiding or otherwise acting. Three members shall constitute a quorum. The Mayor or any three members may call a special meeting.
