(A) The retirement benefits of the police officers and firefighter who currently receive a retirement pension under the Police and Firefighter's Retirement Fund as provided for in this subchapter shall be granted an increase of $100 per month to their current monthly allocation.
(B) The widows of the police and firefighters pensioners who are currently receiving a retirement pension shall each receive a monthly payment of $150 per month in lieu of their current monthly allocation as provided for in this subchapter.
