Each member of said school traffic patrol shall be employed and paid by the month for and during the regular nine month term of the Richmond City Schools only. Each said member shall be required to work two hours per day on each regular school day and shall receive as compensation for his or her services the sum of $40 per month. The city will provide such equipment to each member of said patrol as it deems to be necessary and adequate, all of which at all times shall be and remain the property of the city.
