(A) Pursuant to the authority contained in KRS 95.019, fee for service of each criminal summons shall be $30.
(B) The Richmond Police Department shall retain the fees collected separately and submit them monthly to the City of Richmond Finance Department.
(C) The Madison County Circuit Clerk shall remit the fees assessed by this section to the City of Richmond Finance Department no later than the seventh working day of each month.
