§ 34.25 ADOPTION OF GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE.
   There is hereby adopted by reference by the Board of Commissioners a grievance procedure in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, being 42 USC 12101 et seq., which is on file in the offices of the city and made a permanent part of this code.
